Integrated Material Loaders are primarily used for direct rapid conveying of free-flowing virgin materials (primary) or recycled pellets to injection molding machines. Their hinged vacuum motor cover enables quick cleaning and simplified maintenance.
During preset loading cycles, the single-phase vacuum motor with non-return baffle gate generates vacuum airflow. This transports plastic granules through the material suction hose into the loading chamber. The material then gravity-discharges directly into the injection molding machine’s feed hopper.
This cyclic suction process continues automatically until both the molding machine hopper and loader chamber trigger their hopper full detectors.

The system features automatic fault diagnostics with audible/visual alarms.
