Heavy-duty Plastic Crusher is particularly suitable for crushing and recycling various types of rigid plastics, delivering optimal results. It features an optimized blade holder design, available in three configurations: Blade Type, Claw Type, and Flat Type.
The Claw Blades effectively distribute cutting force, significantly enhancing shear force per blade. This design makes it especially ideal for processing thick-walled products, large plastic lumps, and hard material blocks, thereby significantly increasing cutting efficiency and reducing blade wear.
The crusher incorporates an electrical safety system and multiple safety protection devices to ensure operational safety.
FEATURES
- All models are suitable for granulating big & different material & different shape of defect plastic
parts,can be collected to granulate together for recycling use. - The motor is equipped with overload protector & interlock power protection safety device &
granulator is equipped with cleaning cutter protectionsafety device for ensuring operators’safety. - Blades are made of excellet alloy material with long service life.
- The standard screen mesh size for 10HP & below is 8mm; for 15HP & above is 10mm. Other spec
can be customized according to customrequirements.
- Unique design realizes that the power is smallest but the efficiency is highest. It is also equipped
with double-silencer to achieve low noise. - Feeding hopper and screener need to be made of stainless steelin order to avoid painting peeling
off to make material contamination for effectingcolor. - Easy disassembly design – feeding hopper, cutters and screener easily dismantle for cleaning.
