FEATURES

  • 3 in 1 compact dehumidifying dryers are equipped with honeycomb rotor which can acquire
    stable low dew-point drying air.
  • To integrate the function of dehumidifying , drying and two-stage conveying into single unit.
    three-stage conveying function is optional.
  • Doubie-wall insulated hopper dryers features down-blowing pipe design to avoid heat dispersion
    for improving drying efficiency.
  • The dehumidifying system employ double coolers for ensuring lower return air temperature and

Honeycomb Rotor​

The honeycomb ceramic dehumidification wheel is made from ceramic fibre into a honeycomb-shaped wheel body. Subsequently,

a special two-stage crystal growth method is used to uniformly grow desiccants suchas silica gel and molecular sieves on the surface of the ceramic fibre wheel body,

giving it extremely strong moisture absorption capabilities.

Using this wheel body,

dehumidification dryers can achieve a low dew point of -40°C and significantly improve efficiency.

The unit uses a high-performance HEPA filter (0.3um/99.99%) as drying filter to prevent any contamination.
